Ronan Farrow, one of the main reporters on allegations of sexual assault against Harvey Weinstein, said Wednesday that Hillary Clinton’s aides tried to back out of a scheduled interview with him after they learned it was about the Hollywood mogul’s misdoings.

Farrow, who broke several stories about Weinstein last fall, said one of the biggest surprises covering the story, even a year after the 2016 presidential election had concluded, was people’s refusal to go on the record against Weinstein, who dozens of women have accused of rape, sexual assault, and sexual harassment.
