Rudy Giuliani is calling for Mayor Bill de Blasio to step down over his handling of the George Floyd protests that have turned into riots in New York City.

Giuliani joined Fox Business’s Maria Bartiromo Tuesday morning and said the city needs someone who can control the mayhem as de Blasio has proven himself “incompetent.”
