What has former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright been up to in her spare time? She’s been supporting younger women with political ambitions and empowering them to succeed.
Yeas & Nays has learned Albright is an honorary co-host of the Women Under Forty Political Action Committee’s (WUFPAC) fall fundraiser on Thursday night. The annual event supports WUFPAC-endorsed candidates who are running for local, state and federal office, and it will highlight the top five candidates who are pushing for a win in the 2010 election cycle.
The event will be held on the Dutko patio (412 First St. SE; Suite 100). Tickets are $35.
