Parents need to start treating radical transgender ideology like the threat that it is. If they don’t, they risk losing everything — including their children.

Ted Hudacko, a father and senior software engineer at Apple,
found this out the hard way
when California Superior Court Judge Joni Hiramoto stripped him of all custody of his 16-year-old son, Drew, because he objected to allowing Drew to undergo a medical transition. Hudacko begged the court to give Drew some time. He just could not believe that his teenage son now identified as a girl and wanted to make sure any decisions about Drew’s future did not do unnecessary and permanent harm to his mental and physical well-being.

But the court refused to listen, dismissing his reasonable concerns as radical and stopping just short of labeling Hudacko a transphobic bigot.

During one meeting, Hudacko confronted California’s legal officials for forcing their ideology onto his son, arguing that “five years from now, when [Drew] realizes that he mutilated himself, he will have to be there to pick up the pieces — not minor’s counsel,” according to a court report.

Hudacko’s assigned minor’s counsel, Daniel Harkins, took this as an opportunity to put the final nail in the father’s coffin.

“This is indicative of father’s view of [Drew’s] gender identity,” Harkins wrote to the court. “It also gives us an insight as to his view in general about transgender people. He simply does not see this as a viable alternative. He is very frustrated that he has not been able to express all these ideas directly to [Drew].”

Harkins’s conclusion was simple: Hudacko does not deserve to have a right to his child because he “has not been accepting of [Drew’s] status as transgender. He has been quite clear that he does not accept that [Drew] is in fact transgender.”

Hudacko’s story should alarm parents because gender activists’ infiltration into family law has made sure that his case won’t be the last. But what can parents do? Well, for starters, they can keep their children far away from leftist teachers, lawyers, and other officials who do not have their best interests at heart. And move as far away from California as possible.
