Sticky Fingers’ “Cupcake Wars” winning duo — founder Doron Petersan and head banker Jenny Webb — will reappear on the Food Network show Sunday to compete on “Cupcake Wars All-Stars.” Sticky Fingers won back in March 2011 and now Petersan and Webb have to defend the vegan bakery’s title against other winners. Fans of the Columbia Heights sweet shop are invited to watch the episode Sunday night at a party in Adams Morgan. It will take place at Bourbon on the second floor from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., with the episode airing at 8 p.m. We’re told that heckling is encouraged and cupcakes will be complimentary.
