Trump sends care package to students whose Trump shirt and quote were wiped from yearbook

President Trump thanked two New Jersey high school students on Monday for “stand(ing) up for what they believe in” after a Trump shirt and quote were censored out of their school’s yearbook.

“Thank you Wyatt and Montana — two young Americans who aren’t afraid to stand up for what they believe in,” Trump posted on Facebook. “Our movement to #MAGA is working because of people like you!”

The caption accompanied photos that were in a letter sent by Donald Trump for President, Inc.’s executive director Michael Glassner to the siblings.

“I was dismayed to learn that your Trump shirt and Trump quote were censored in your high school yearbook,” the letter read. He also thanked them for their support and sent them a care package with Trump merchandise.

A photo of Wyatt with the care package also accompanied the post.

Wyatt and Montana Dobrovich-Fago, along with another student at Wall Township High School, raised a complaint after two Trump logos on T-shirts and a Trump quote had been airbrushed out and omitted from the yearbook. Fox News reports the yearbooks will be reissued to include the logos and quote.
