A man who allegedly fatally stabbed another man was arrested at the scene of the crime Friday morning by Metropolitan Police.
Reginald Edward Green, 25, of Northeast D.C., was charged with second degree murder while armed in the slaying of 35-year-old Alfonza Flythe of Northeast D.C.

Police found Flythe suffering from multiple stab wounds around 10:43 a.m. Friday near the 1300 block of New York Avenue NE. They transported him to a local hospital, where he died of his injuries.
