President Trump tweeted early on Tuesday that four freshman Democratic congresswomen, which he refers to as “AOC Plus 3,” are a “Nightmare for America.”
Ostensibly referring to the ultra-liberal faction of Congress commonly known as “the squad,” which includes New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar, and two other female lawmakers, Trump bashed what he perceived to be their anti-American sentiment on Twitter saying, “In 2016 I almost won Minnesota. In 2020, because of America hating anti-Semite Rep. Omar, & the fact that Minnesota is having its best economic year ever, I will win the State! ‘We are going to be a nightmare to the President,’ she say. No, AOC Plus 3 are a Nightmare for America!”

Trump has consistently bashed the squad over the past few weeks citing statements made by the congresswoman that disparage America, Israel, and government employees working at the southern border of the United States. The squad has been outspoken in their condemnation of Trump and nearly all of his political positions.
