BILLBOARD â Chris Brown has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder, a rehab facility has confirmed.
According to court documents obtained by E! News, the facility determined that the singer suffers from both ailments, which are the causes of his history of aggression.
