NEW YORK (AP) — A man accused of stabbing his brother to death and injuring his mother in Queens has been arrested.
Authorities say 27-year-old Tony Glover faces charges of murder, attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
New York City police say Glover stabbed his brother Victor Johnson and mother multiple times before stabbing himself in the leg on Wednesday.
The 25-year-old Johnson died of his injuries at a hospital. Glover’ 46-year-old mother was listed in stable condition.
The motive for the stabbings was not immediately known.
It was not clear if Glover had a lawyer.
