AP NewsBreak: Marijuana ‘loophole’ bill unlikely

DENVER (AP) — A legal loophole in Colorado’s marijuana law that allows people to grow hundreds of pot plants without going through background checks or paying taxes is likely staying — for now, legislators were told Tuesday.
