Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) endorsed former President Donald Trump for the 2024 election, becoming the 25th senator to do so this cycle and adding to the former president’s arsenal of endorsements.
Cruz announced his endorsement on Fox News’s Hannity on Tuesday, arguing there is no path forward for any other Republican candidate after Trump’s decisive win in the Iowa caucuses and that the party should unite behind the former president for the general election.
