Hillary Clinton delivered a “fuck-laced” rant about President Trump to aides in 2016 as she was preparing for a debate, according to a report Tuesday.
“You want authentic, here it is!” Clinton yelled during one preparation session, followed by a “fuck-laced fusillade” about Trump being a “disgusting” human, campaign reporter for the New York Times, Amy Chozick, writes in her new book, according to the Guardian.
“Aides understood that in order to keep it all together onstage, Hillary sometimes needed to unleash on them in private,” Chozick writes in Chasing Hillary: Ten Years, Two Presidential Campaigns and One Intact Glass Ceiling, which was released Tuesday.
The book also highlights Clinton’s struggle for authenticity during the campaign with a three-page portion of her book that lists 84 slogans the campaign courted including, “You’ve earned a fair chance,” and “No quit,” according to the Guardian.

Chozick, who following Clinton on the 2016 campaign trail offered other insights into Clinton’s debate preparation.
“Hillary would take a couple of steps toward the questioner, make eye contact, empathize,” Chozick writes.
