The tantrum from NBC and MSNBC “journalists” and pundits over the hiring of former Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel is a reminder to her and everyone else: NBC is a safe space for former Democratic operatives only.

McDaniel’s attempt to cash out on her RNC tenure by signing on to NBC is being fought tooth and nail by the network’s “talent.” That began when former Meet the Press anchor Chuck Todd shamed his bosses on-air for hiring McDaniel and putting current Meet the Press anchor Kristen Welker in an “impossible situation.” His scolding stems from the fact that “many of our professional dealings with the RNC over the last six years have been met with gaslighting, have been met with character assassination.”
