Billionaire Investor Sam Zell says Donald Trump should not be understimated.
“Everybody should not underestimate Donald,” Zell told Bloomberg TV. “I think he’s competent, accomplished, smart. I think he’s a little off in different directions, but I think he’s competent individual.”
Zell did go on to say that Trump would not be his “choice for president,” however.
“I think a lot of his views are more extreme than I could be comfortable with,” he said.
Zell explained that the talking heads in New York might not be able to understand like the people in Des Moines.
