Inside Out: 2 had the highest-grossing opening weekend so far this year when it earned $155 million during its opening North American weekend.

Including its international releases, Disney and Pixar’s latest film made $295 million this weekend. This makes it the second highest-grossing animated film of all time, domestically, behind another sequel from the company, Incredibles 2, in 2018, which rolled in over $182 million.
