The U.S. House of Representatives has cancelled all scheduled votes for this Monday over concerns about members who may not be able to return to D.C. on time because of Hurricane Irma.

The storm, downgraded to a Category 3 hurricane at 2 p.m. Eastern, is moving up Florida’s west coast, and will impact parts of Georgia and Alabama beginning late Sunday night and into Monday morning and afternoon.
