Rep. Michael McCaul (R-TX), who leads the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, is holding a press conference to discuss the Afghanistan report released Monday. The report was very critical of President Joe Biden’s handling of the troop withdrawal from Afghanistan in August 2021.
