Carla Perrotta CORESTAFF has named Perrotta vice president and general manager of its Northeast/Mid-Atlantic States region, an operational area with primary offices in New York and Washington. Perrotta was most recently president of CoutureEnvelopes.com and has served as senior vice president of Adecco’s medical and science business unit. She was also vice president and general manager at Kelly Services. CORESTAFF provides staffing and other human resources solutions.
