Former 2024 presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy suggested the wheels on Vice President Kamala Harris’s campaign are “spiraling” off, adding that President Joe Biden’s recent comment on Republicans is “a welcome October surprise.”

Biden deemed supporters of former President Donald Trump “garbage” while condemning a joke one of the former president’s Madison Square Garden rally speakers told about Puerto Rico.
