President Donald Trump will not impose tariffs on Mexico for at least a month as the two sides negotiate how Mexico can do more to counter illegal immigration and drug trafficking at the border.

Trump announced that Mexico agreed to new terms after a “friendly” conversation on Monday with Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum.
