A New York federal judge on Friday night granted one employee of the Department of Government Efficiency access to the Treasury Department‘s payment system.
In her ruling, Judge Jeannette A. Vargas said DOGE employee Ryan Wunderly can access the Treasury’s payment system and data systems as long as he completes training “typically required of other Treasury employees granted commensurate access” and submits a financial disclose report.
