And on Sunday afternoon, the Joe Biden paid a visit to another D.C. eatery, Carmine’s. There he was joined by former Sen. Chris Dodd, chairman and CEO of the Motion Picture Association of America, his wife, Jackie, and their grandchildren for a late lunch, a Yeas & Nays source tells us. They ordered garlic bread, mixed green salad, stuffed artichoke, spaghetti and meatballs, chicken parmigiana, two orders of kids pasta and five orders of chocolate ice cream. We’re told they declined the offer for one of the restaurant’s nine private rooms, choosing instead to sit in the middle of the restaurant.
