The LOCUST, which stands for Low-Cost Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Swarming Technology, was on display at the Pentagon by the Office of Naval Reseach on Friday.

The machine is a prototype tube-launched drone that will make possible the launch of multiple swarming unmanned aerial vehicles to autonomously overwhelm an adversary.
