Megyn Kelly is reportedly joining forces with the Kardashians this summer.
The former Fox News anchor will launch her new morning show on NBC by interviewing the Kardashian family. She was seen on the set of Keeping Up With the Kardashians on Thursday, where she filmed her interview with Kim Kardashian West, Khloe Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Kylie Jenner, and Kendall Jenner, according to TMZ. The sources say Kim’s brother Rob and Caitlyn Jenner were absent from the interview.
Kelly’s interview with the Kardashians comes during a significant transition in her public career. Starting with her widely-reported falling-out with then-presidential candidate Donald Trump, her role on television seemed to shift from a newscaster to a celebrity entertainer. Her photoshoot with Vanity Fair was symbolic of that.
Now, Vanity Fair speculates Kelly’s interview will appear on the Kardashians’ show, just as Oprah’s did about five years ago. Her Los Angeles visit was not yet confirmed by her NBC producers, but her show is scheduled to air in June.
