Washington Examiner senior writer Joe Concha said the analysis of President Donald Trump’s speech from TV news personalities seemed “predetermined” and “prewritten” to be negative.

Concha appeared on Fox News’s Fox & Friends First on Thursday, the day after Trump addressed the nation. In the hours after Trump’s live speech, a slew of commentary came from MS Now, CNN, and other news outlets, which Concha said was “always going to be negative.”
