2 drivers killed in head-on Tamiami Trail crash

MIAMI (AP) — Two drivers died in a head-on crash on the Tamiami Trail, about 11 miles west of the Miccosukee gaming facility and hotel.

The Florida Highway Patrol reports that the Monday morning crash caused so much damage that the Ford Mustang and Chevrolet Silverado were hard to recognize.
