Montgomery County police are searching for two suspects who robbed a Chevy Chase bank in Glenmont on Thursday morning.
One robber entered the bank, implied he had a gun and demanded cash, while the other waited outside, police said. The two then ran through the rear of the strip mall at 2315 Randolph Road and got away with an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was injured.
The thief who entered the bank was black, in his late 20s and about 5 feet 10 inches tall. He was wearing a white T-shirt, black pants and had a white T-shirt wrapped around his head.
The robber outside was also black and around the same age. He was wearing a white tank top and blue pants.
