This last year was full of chaos from Syria, to Paris, to college campuses. Throughout all the ups and downs of 2015, liberals were caught believing in myths.
Here’s a brief list of 15 of the most insane things liberals believed in during 2015:

Obama underrating ISIS:
Last year ended with President Obama stating that ISIS was “JV squad” and this year was no better.
Just the day before the attacks in Paris and weeks before the ISIS inspired shooting in San Bernardino, President Obama said that ISIS was “contained.” While his reps insisted that he was specifically talking about Syria, it was still bad PR.
Adding insult to injury, the president lashed out against the media on a Dec. 21 interview with NPR for hyping the news coverage about the Islamic State. Despite the president constantly trying to downplay ISIS, the editors of the Associated Press voted that ISIS was the biggest of the year.
ISIS using Donald Trump as recruiting tool
This was a recent lie made by Hillary Clinton at the Democratic debate on Saturday, it was spin off the the media narrative that Trump’s demand for a pause in Muslim immigration was increasing enrollments for the Islamic State.
While there was in fact no video of “The Donald” being used to recruit radical Islamists like Hillary Clinton claimed, The Daily Caller reported that an image of Bill Clinton is in fact being used to call new extremists to fight the West.
The Hillary Clinton campaign has refused to apologize to Trump and stands by their totally false claim.
Serving Different Kinds of Cafeteria Foods is racist
Campus protestors rocked the nation as they fought against the phantom menace of systemic racism at the liberal institutions across the country.
Unable to find actual racists, they instead fought against hidden racism like sushi. Yes, student protestors at Oberlin College came out against Asian dishes like sushi because they were not authentic, and therefore racist. It’s no wonder the only people who took their protests seriously were liberal journalists and brainless university officials.
“Hands Up, Don’t Shoot”
The #BlackLivesMatter movement saw themselves increasing their protests both on and off the college campus fighting against institutionalized racism and police brutality.
Fanning their flames were white liberals who found solidarity and myths like “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot.” A lie based around the premise that Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson shot and killed Mike Brown while he was unarmed and his hands were in the air.
The Washington Post actually ruled the entire myth one of the biggest lies of 2015, that didn’t stop liberals at CNN or on the floor of the House from perpetrating the myth.
Gender Wage Gap
If a political myth could be equivalent to the Frankenstein monster then Hillary Clinton is Dr. Frankenstein. Did you know she was a woman and there has been no woman president and women aren’t paid as much as men because of the patriarchy?
Clinton has been pushing the myth about the gender wage gap especially hard this presidential cycle as she’s dependent on the female vote to catapult her to the White House.
This hasn’t made the myth an actual fact and Christine Hoff Sommers wrote in Huffington Post how individual choices made by the sexes often is the underlying reason for a difference in pay but when it comes to equal pay for equal work, it already exists. If women were really so cheap to hire, companies would only hire women

Rape Culture is rampant
Feminists had a good year where they basked in the glow of rape culture, especially on college campuses. They constantly pushed rape hoaxes — like the one at UVA and mattress girl at Columbia, and phony statistics like 1-in-5 girls on a college campus will be sexually assaulted.
Once again Hoff Sommers put a stake in the heart of this feminist myth. In Time, she wrote that many of these examples of “sexual assault” include “attempted forced kissing” or engaged in intimate encounters while intoxicated. In other words the stats are inflated in order their to seem like there’s a crisis that doesn’t actual exist.
In fact, according to the United Nations the number of rapes in the U.S. have all collapsed and more men are raped than women when prison statistics are included.
Male Lesbians Exist
The crown for most insane feminist conspiracy theorist actually belongs to third wave feminists who support such insane theories like “male lesbians exist.”
“Male lesbians do exist; they heterosexual males who simply wish that they’d been born a female. They don’t want corrective surgery. They want to form a romantic relationship with a beautiful woman, as many heterosexual males do, and make love to her as a woman. The male would imagine he is a woman making love to another woman,” wrote a feminist blogger.
Men who are attracted to women with raspy voices are sexist
Let’s not forget about the feminists who took time this year to blame men for all of societies ills and claim that their misogynists for “manterrupting,” “manspreading,” being “brogressive,” and fetishizing non-consensual pain.
Every Day Feminist explained that this last one is one where a man compliments a woman with a soar throat that she sounds sexy for having a raspy sounding voice. This is aggression, like cutting off a woman’s limb and complimenting her for losing weight.
Before you ask, yes people actually believe this, and yes it’s insane.
Star Wars is Racist because Darth Vader is a ‘Black Guy’
Everyone is raving about the new Star Wars movie, from Congressmen to even the President’s press team.
While everyone is having fun, Social Justice Warriors like MSNBC’s Melissa Harris Perry is found the films racist because Darth Vader is “a total black guy” except when he’s good. Yes, in the world of Social Justice Warriors, there’s no such thing as happiness or joy, just different levels of racism.
That campus activists in the media are poor
Campus protestors made national news for their fights against the high costs of colleges especially hard on minority students.
Some of the most outspoken leaders of the student activism included Keely Mullen and Jonathan Butler, both outspoken fighters against “white oppression” and “corporatization.”
It turned out neither one of them were exactly oppressed. Mullen had been privately educated throughout her life and her family wasn’t on public assistance as she claimed. Butler’s father was a multi-millionaire railroad tycoon. Liberals love lying about oppression when it doesn’t actually exist.
Voter Fraud Doesn’t Exist
Hillary Clinton’s lawyer Marc Elias sued to overturn voter ID laws in swing states back in October, well ahead of the 2016 election because the laws are “discriminatory” and “voter fraud doesn’t exist.”
Elias should meet Rosa Maria Ortega, a non-citizen in Texas who was arrested in November for illegally voting five times from 2004 to 2014.
That ‘Violence Free Zones’ stop violence
Following the mass shootings that occurred this last year, school administrators frantically thought of how they could best protect students without bringing armed guards on school grounds or allowing students to carry guns — that could be seen as trigger warning.
A school district in Minneapolis thought of the genius idea that the best way to stop violence is by declaring their schools as “violence free zones.” A sign saying “no violence here” will with the same remarkable success as “gun free zones.”
Americans are embracing Obamacare
Liberals popped champagne cork bottles across the country because they declared that the fight against Obamacare was finally over as even some life-long Republicans were embracing the ACA.
Despite liberal claims, Americans still haven’t warmed up the President’s landmark legislation. According to the Real Clear Politics polling average only 42 percent of the nation approve of Obamacare compared to 50 percent who disapprove.
Things got worse for the president’s healthcare law when The Chapman University Survey of American Fears reported in October that Americans were more afraid of Obamacare than dying.
The Confederate Flag causes mass shootings
Liberals love blaming inanimate objects when psychotic individuals have mass shootings — while they were unable to push gun control they were successful in banning the Confederate flag across the country.
In the end even left-leaning critics in the media admitted that the flag had nothing to do with mass shooting in Charleston, S.C. Nor did it represent racism. Before the shooting 4-in-10 blacks in South Carolina approved of the flag flying on state grounds and some of the biggest defenders of the flag were in fact black.
That Liberals hate Uber — when in fact they love it
Liberals from New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio to presidential candidates like Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders found a new favorite enemy, the car sharing service Uber.
While liberals loved slamming the company, they also loved using it. In July, Clinton’s campaign reported that they spent thousands of dollars using the same company their boss loved to hate — in public anyway. Even liberals are closet lovers of the free market.
