A 21-year-old Montgomery Village man was killed just after midnight Sunday when he drove his car into an oncoming sport utility vehicle in Gaithersburg, police said.
Luis Kenyo Chambergo-Chanco was driving his 2001 Honda Civic south on Snouffer School Road near Centerway Road just before 12:10 a.m. when he crossed into the northbound lanes, according to Montgomery County Police.
