Trump must condemn and thwart Ireland’s anti-Israel boycott

Ireland’s president has signed a bill boycotting Israeli goods and products. The Trump administration must do what it can to ensure that this rankly hypocritical and discriminatory legislation is not adopted by the European Union.

President Catherine Connolly signed the Israeli Settlements in the Occupied Palestinian Territories (Prohibition of Importation of Goods) Act on July 23, two weeks after the country’s parliament approved it.
