Christie ad: Clinton the ‘architect’ of Obama’s foreign policy

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie will begin airing a new ad Thursday in Iowa that accuses Hillary Clinton of being the designer of Barack Obama’s failed foreign policy.

“There’s no one else who’s running for president of the United States who’s actually been responsible for prosecuting and investigating terrorists,” Christie says in the ad. “Hillary Clinton will be nothing more than a third term of Barack Obama. She was one of the architects of this foreign policy.”

“We need to send a clear and strong message to our adversaries,” it adds. “That there are clear limits to your conduct, and if you violate those limits, America’s going to hold you to account. As president, that would be the top priority — to protect the lives of the people of the United States of America.”

Christie will appear on Thursday’s primetime GOP presidential debate in South Carolina, aired by the Fox Business Network. He ranks fifth in the Washington Examiner‘s newest GOP presidential power rankings.
