“I have no doubt about it,” said Rick Perry today when asked if he believed President Obama was an American Citizen. “I don’t think I was expressing doubt, I was just having fun with Donald Trump. . . its fun to. . y’know, lighten up a bit.” Perry said before moving on to his talking points on jobs.

Perry made the remarks during an interview with the St. Petersburg Times.
