National coverage often centers on her rhetoric, political confrontations, and personal controversies. Those subjects are fair game for scrutiny. Boebert sponsored the Finish the Arkansas Valley Conduit Act, legislation designed to make completion of a long-delayed clean-water project more affordable for southeastern Colorado communities by extending their repayment period. The project is intended to bring clean drinking water to roughly 50,000 Coloradans. The measure drew bipartisan support from Colorado’s congressional delegation and passed Congress before President Donald Trump vetoed it in December 2025.
