Jared Moskowitz floated as possible Ashley Moody challenger in 2028 after Angie Nixon’s blue bid fell short: ‘Interesting’

Published Updated

Rep. Jared Moskowitz (D-FL) on Thursday kept the door open to mounting a bid to flip Florida’s Senate seat blue in 2028, after attracting notice for holding on to his House seat earlier this week despite attacks from both the Right and Left.

Moskowitz clinched reelection Tuesday by nearly 5 percentage points, defeating Republican Scott Singer despite the GOP seeking to capture the seat by redrawing the Democrat’s district, and spending record amounts to oust him in one of the most expensive House races nationwide.
