Web site launched to enhance public knowledge

The Center for Biosecurity, a Baltimore-based independent, nonprofit organization of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, recently launched two upgraded Web sites. A public Web site, www.upmc-biosecurity.org, was designed and developed by the Center?s in-house Web developers to improve communications with the public. The Center also operates the Clinician?s Biosecurity Network Web site, www.upmc-cbn.org/about_network.html, which provides authoritative and timely information to health care professionals interested in biodefense preparedness and response.
