Several road work projects in Elkridge and Ellicott City are expected to begin Monday and be completed in the spring.
Winters Lane and Hanover Road in Elkridge will have a new storm drain and a new lane at the corner.
The Worthington neighborhood in Ellicott City will have a new curb, gutter, storm drain and sidewalk along Worthington Way and Roundhill Road.
A right-turn lane and signal changes also will be implemented at Routes 103 and 108 and South Haven Drive.
