U.S. Rep. Frank Wolf, R-Va., is scheduled to host a town hall meeting Tuesday night at 7 p.m. at the Ida Lee Park Recreation Center in Leesburg. The meeting is part of “America Speaking Out,” a Republican-launched initiative designed to better connect citizens with Congress.
