A woman has been charged with assault in a stabbing at the Occupy Baltimore site.
Twenty-three-year-old Desiree Nicholson of Halethorpe, Md., has been charged with assault in the incident early Sunday at the encampment at the Inner Harbor, Baltimore police said Monday. Nicholson is being held on a $75,000 bond.
Nicholson kicked another woman in the stomach and stabbed her in the arm and thigh with a knife, police said. The women were arguing over the care of Nicholson’s cat.
The victim was in stable condition.
