That was former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright hosting a birthday dinner for her twin daughters, Anne and Alice, at the semiprivate table in Blue Duck Tavern on Tuesday night. Presiding over a party of 10, Albright broke into a rendition of “Happy Birthday” when the cake was presented. Albright was dressed in a sharp red suit and red heels. Sources say she checked her BlackBerry frequently throughout dinner.
