Sen. John McCain is already fed up with questions about President-elect Trump, and on Tuesday he refused to answer questions about him.
“I’m serious about not answering your questions if you keep asking me about Trump,” he told reporters gathered outside the Senate chamber Tuesday. He refused to answer questions on Trump’s tweet about flag burning, or whether voter fraud might have cost Trump the popular vote.
Earlier in the day, he told a CNN reporter that he simply would ignore future questions about the latest Trump controversy.
“I’m not commenting on Mr. Trump’s comments,” he said. “I have not and will not.”
