Real event at MIT: “Is Islamophobia accelerating global warming?”

Having dominated the soft sciences like psychology, social justices warriors are now attempting to broaden their message to the hard sciences to prove how racism, sexism, and other social phobias are damaging the environment.

MIT held a talk on Monday examining whether Western societies’ Islamophobia was accelerating the spread of man-made climate change.

“This talk examines the relation between Islamophobia as the dominant form of racism today and the ecological crisis,” the ad read. “It looks at the three common ways in which the two phenomena are seen to be linked: as an entanglement of two crises, metaphorically related with one being a source of imagery for the other and both originating in colonial forms of capitalist accumulation.”

The lecturer, Professor Ghassan Hage is working on a book on the subject of Islamophobia’s contribution to global climate change and previously authored a book about how white nationalism is a fantasy in a multicultural world — the subjects every undergrad needs to know to get a job after college.

According to Legal Insurrection, Hage’s first field of study was political science and he approached anthropology from a liberal political worldview.

If social justice warriors begin to control the hard sciences like they’ve taken to social sciences — by promoting fabricated stories about white supremacy, rape culture, and the gender wage gap — then science will be known more for what they forbid than any new groundbreaking discoveries.
