WINDSOR, England (AP) — Rowing’s governing body says there will be a re-draw of the lane allocations for Friday’s finals at the Olympic rowing regatta because of strong winds at Dorney Lake.
FISA says the start times for the finals of the men’s quadruple sculls, men’s pair, women’s double sculls and men’s single sculls remain unchanged, however. The B-finals were delayed by 30 minutes.

After still early-morning conditions, a strong breeze swept across the course by the time the lower-ranked finals began at 9:30 a.m. local time (0830 GMT)
The top qualifiers from the semifinals are likely to be placed in lanes 5 and 6, where they will be better protected from the wind.
