Baltimore County police are searching for a 31-year-old man wanted on suspicion of shooting another man in Essex.
Police have obtained an arrest warrant for Sultan Imru Stoute, 31, also known as “Soo” or “Soo-Tan,” of the first block of Ebbtide Court in Essex. He is wanted in connection with the attempted murder of a 24-year-old man around 4:30 p.m. Monday.

Police found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound on the first block of Barnacle Court.
He was transported by ambulance to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in serious condition with a non-life-threatening injury, police said.
Detectives say the victim and Stoute were together when the shooting occurred.
