Four people, including two children, were killed Tuesday morning when their car crossed over the center double-yellow line and crashed into a box truck on U.S. Route I in Jessup, Howard police said.

The fifth passenger in the car, a toddler, was flown to Johns Hopkins Children’s Center in critical condition, said Howard Police spokeswoman Sherry Llewellyn.
