Jimmy Fallon and Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson deliver a commencement speech

Jimmy Fallon and “The Rock” appropriately celebrated graduation season on The Tonight Show Thursday.

In a hilarious sketch, Fallon and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson played Bobby Ristick and Logan Duffy, two high school seniors with the lowest GPAs among their classmates who delivered a commencement address to fellow graduates in the year 1989.

They offered some “words of wisdom” they gained over their eight years of high school.

In particular, the two students emphasized the need to “focus on the future” and not get caught up in the latest fads. Duffy asked of computers, “Do you really think a dumb box of wires is going to be around in 10 years?”

Ristick concluded the commencement speech by asking the questions that still plagued him. His inquiries involved throwing out a garbage can, Ronald McDonald, and virgins. Watch the skit below.
