Rod Blagojevich feels over, and yet he won’t go away. At least from reality TV — People magazine is reporting Blago is up for a spot on Donald Trump’s latest iteration of “Celebrity Apprentice.” Cue heavy sigh, obligatory references to 15 minutes and general speculation about incarceration. But we digress.
Really, Blago? And more to the point: Really, Donald Trump? Other unconfirmed cast members include former Poison frontman and VH1 tragic bachelor Bret Michaels, sad 80s icon Cyndi Lauper, Sharon Osbourne, Darryl Strawberry (again: ???), Olympic swimmer Summer Sanders, Sinbad (what, Gallagher was unavailable?) and worst of all, hot Aussie celebrity chef Curtis Stone.
Blago earlier this year tried for a spot on “I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here,” but a federal judge refused to allow him permission to leave the country for the shoot, and his wife, Patti, went on instead.
