Motorcyclist suffers injuries in New York crash

QUEENSBURY, N.Y. (AP) — A motorcyclist has been injured after losing control of his vehicle and hitting a guardrail in Queensbury.

The Warren County Sheriff’s Office says 23-year-old Jacob Saunders of Glens Falls was riding on Route 9 when the accident happened around 6:20 p.m. Tuesday. He was treated at the scene and then taken to a hospital by helicopter. His injuries are not considered to be life threatening.

An investigation is continuing.
