JBA Infiniti specializes in customer and community service.
At JBA Infiniti in Ellicott City, the initial luxury experience wows customers, but the family atmosphere brings them back time and time again.
“Our number one goal is to provide you with a luxury car experience,” said Dan Matysek, the general manager at JBA. “We?ll give you a top-notch demonstration, hassle-free sales process and, after you purchase, you?ll receive luxury car service.”
And while their customer service continues to earn high marks on consumer-satisfaction surveys, the real luxury comes in knowing that the Aiellow family gives back to their community.
“We try to give a lot back to the community,” said Matt Aiellow, son of Joseph Aiellow, the owner of the JBA dealerships. “We appreciate the business from the community so we donate money to schools, churches and hospitals.”
In February 2005, the Aiellow family donated $1 million to the Baltimore-Washington Medical Hospital to aid in the construction of the Breast Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Facility. The family has also donated money to schools such as the Glen Burnie grade school and Martin Spalding High School.
“We saw that there was a high percentage of breast cancer patients in the area, but there was no local location to go to,” said Aiellow. “We try to give back ? we don?t just take the money and run.”
In 1970, Joseph Aiellow started his automotive career at Gladding Chevrolet in Glen Burnie. By 1975, Aiellow owned 25 percent of the business, and on Jan. 1, 1983, Aiellow bought the entire business and changed the name to his initials, JBA Chevrolet. He opened JBA Mitsubishi in 1991 and bought the Infiniti dealership in May 2001.
“Customer satisfaction is a high priority of ours,” said Matt Aiellow. “We strive to make the customers completely satisfied.”
JBA Infiniti does this by specializing in new and pre-owned Infiniti models and by offering customers a 12-bed service station for car repairs.
“[In the service station] there are around 15 mechanics, including eight mastered and certified technicians,” said Mathew Mohr, sales manager.
