Bethesda Row Boutique Week kicks off Monday and the festivities begin with a Washington launch party for “The Devil Wears Prada” author Laura Weisberger‘s newest novel, “Last Night at Chateau Marmont.” Guests can take advantage of the deep discounts and chat with Weisberger at the cocktail party at Ginger on Monday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. On Thursday, MSNBC’s Norah O’Donnell and her husband, Chef Geoff Tracy, will host a little soiree of their own from 7 to 9 p.m. at Sassanova for their best-seller “BabyLove”.
